- Parcel tracking information will be sent via email on dispatch of your order.
- A signature is required upon receipt of your order.
- If you're not in, your order will be left with a neighbour or held at your local delivery office.
- A card will be left to let you know that an attempt to deliver has been made.
Taxes & Customs
Buyers are liable for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We recommend you check this before purchase.
- We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
- We are currently unable to deliver to US Armed Forces posted overseas.
- Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle Of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may take a little longer.
Returns (UK and International)
If any of the items in your order are faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered and we will request that you email us a photo of the affected item as proof of damage. We will then send you out a replacement or if you request, refund you in full.
To allow us to process your return, please also forward us a copy of your order confirmation email. If you no longer have this, please let us know your full name, order number and contact details.
