Are your items dishwasher, microwave and oven-proof?

Our ceramic items are all dishwasher and microwave safe, but please be aware that our glassware items are hand-wash only.

Do not place ceramic items on a direct source of heat, e.g. halogen burner, electric hob, or gas burner, or directly from freezer to hot oven.

 

How long will it take my order to arrive?

If you’re in Mainland UK, typically between 2-3 days.  From experience we see packages sent to the USA, Canada and Australia take between 10-1 working days. For all other countries, you would need to allow the same as minimum.  If you’re ordering for a specific occasion, then please do allow plenty of time to avoid being disappointed.  If you would like to pay more for an express delivery, please email us and perhaps we can arrange a higher-priced, faster shipment.

 

How can I track my order?

Every order comes with a tracking number that you can enter in on our courier provider’s website www.parcel2go.com/tracking.  You will receive the tracking number after your order is placed.

 

Do my items come packaged?

Ceramic items come packed in bubble wrap and additional foam wrap. Our boxes are made from thick, durable double-wall cardboard 

Although very care is taken to make sure that your items arrive intact, we do understand that sometimes shipping fragile items around the word can be precarious.  That’s why we have a no-fuss replacement guarantee.  If one or more of your items are damaged, then we require a photo of proof in order to send you out a replacement – or full refund should you wish to be refunded.

Items added in 2019 onward now come in their own gift boxes, and we're making sure that this will eventually apply to our tea set items in the future.

 

Are your products made in the UK?

Not yet, but we’re working hard to change this.  We’re a brand new company and as sales of our products grow, we will be looking to move production to the UK.  Sadly, right now if they were made here, we’d have to charge you more than double!  We do however design every piece here in London, and package and ship from the UK.

 

What materials are your teaware items made from?

Fine Bone China, which is a superior quality, far less prone to chips than Stoneware – which is what is used in a lot of UK-made items.

  

Can I buy your products in the shops?

Not at the moment, but we will be looking at sourcing outlets over time.

 

Do you sell in bulk?

Yes we certainly do.  We also offer a 10% discount on larger orders and free shipping to UK Mainland customers.  For international customers, please send us an email here.

What do I do if one of my items is broken in transit?

We all know that shipping fragile items has its’ risks and so we’ve made it as simple as we can to remedy this problem.   We simply ask you to email us a photo of the broken item along with your name and address and the date of order. Once we’ve received this we will ship you out a replacement, or offer you a refund for that item if that’s what you prefer.
